winner ako!

a little backgrounder… most of the time, during weekends, my cousins and i would play poker. sometimes, with a couple of beers or a cup of coffee. but in all my poker playing life, i’ve never won. there were times i end up head to head with one of my cousins, or my brother, but never did i win. we play poker for fun. to join, you need to shed 50 pesos. it’s good if there are many players. last night there were 6 of us. even at the start of the game, i felt that it was my lucky night. i keep on getting good cards. even if the cards i had were something you’d fold with, luck was really on my side, they’d win. surprisingly enough, i won! my cousins were really excited for me and they took a picture. i left the camera at home, so we ended up using my fone to capture the moment. we played another round but i lost in that one. still, winner pa rin!
