kasuya

about 2 weeks ago, nag-try si hubby i-on ang pc… nagulat. ayaw mag-on ng monitor. eh saktong kakabayad ko pa lang ng last installment plan ng samsung lcd monitor na yun. inis ako shempre, kse i can’t do the normal visiting ang bloghopping that i do. pero keri, kse very toxic naman at work e. pag-uwi ko eh talagang bulagta sa kama na ang drama ko.

the next day, i called the store where i bought it from. dalhin ko lang daw dun at iche-check nila. eh sa festival mall pa yun. so i asked my kuya if i could borrow the car the next day. para, after work eh dalhin namin ni hubby. pumayag naman.

saktong, late na ako nakalabas ng planta the next day. nag-worry pa nga ako na baka magsara na ang mall pagdating namin dun. pero umabot naman kami. binigay ko ang monitor kay saleslady. she tried it. at ang sabi saken: “ma’am, confirmed. blackout po.”

kung di pa ako nagtanong, eh di nya ata ie-explain saken. meron daw talaga ganun nangyayari paminsan-minsan. i asked her if they get that often. ang sagot? mga 1 in 10 daw. aba, hindi ba’t mataas na rate yun?

eniwei, when i asked her what will they do about my monitor, ang sabi eh they will send it back to samsung daw. samsung will check, and if parts are available, mga 3 weeks daw gawa na monitor ko. huwaat?!?!? 3 weeks? 3 weeks na walang online life? kaya ko kaya? well, wala akong choice.

2 weeks to go…

mahilig ako magpa-spa. kaya ang swerte ko when my batchmates from the frat & soro gave us a gc at sanctuario spa as a wedding gift. perfect sana kse lover’s delight ang package. kaso, my hubby’s not too fond of it eh. makilitiin daw sya. i originally invited my mom to go with me sa spa thingie na ito. kaso mo lumipad sya at naglamyerda sa ibang bansa. eh baka kako, mabuntis ako eh di ko na magamit ang gc so i invited my friend na lang. payag naman si hubby. so i called them up one day and set an appointment. eto ang package…

Lover’s Delight

Sensual packages for honeymooners or couples who simply want to enjoy the Sanctuario Spa experience together. All packages include use of the aquaria, and free-flowing organic tea. Reservation is recommended. All packages are for two people.

Prices do not include the price of massage oil. You need to either provide your own oil or purchase from our special selection of massage blends.

DE LUXE PACKAGE
(1 ½ hours)

Aromatic Floral Bath and massage of choice in our couple’s room

nasayang yang free-flowing organic tea na yan saken. i don’t drink tea.

my friend & i first met up at shangri-la mall then took a cab to get to the spa. trobol pa nga kse along the way, the cab we got kept on overheating, so pinalipat pa kami ng cab. dun pa sa lugar na sobrang di ako pamilyar. ayos lang din naman kse nakakuha naman kami agad ng pamalit na cab. when we got there, shempre they gave us sarong/keys/slippers. we changed into our swimsuits para ma-sample-an ang jacuzzi.

we were late for our appointment kaya we had to wait for our masseuse. the water was warm. and invigorating because of the strong current. there was this couple on the other jacuzzi na sooper sweet. inggit na inggit kami sa girl kse her stomach was sooper flat. pretty girl too. nahiya tuloy kami mag-disrobe ng friend ko kse, i for one eh aminadong butete tiyan. hehehe.

the staff at sanctuario was very accommodating. after a while they called us up to take a shower daw and then floral bath na.

hay naco, lumabas na ang pagka-kulot ng hair ko. i initially didn’t want to go in the tub. aba, feeling ko lulutuin ako at gagawing ulam. i called one of the staff and asked her to adjust the water temp. tinuruan nya ko at nagdagdag lang ako ng cold water. tapos lublob na at nagbabad hanggang maging lola fingers na yung mga daliri ko. miya-miya ng konti, tinawag na ulet para mag-rinse at massage na raw (my favorite part). etong part na to, hindi ko na nakuhanan ng pic. we brought our own massage oil (ito kse ang wedding favor ng ate ng friend ko during her wedding) and after about an hour, ayan, feeling lamog na talong na kami (exaggerated way to describe it, of course. besides, i wouldn’t know how a lamog na talong feels like, hehe). we changed into our street clothes, pero shempre, i didn’t fail to take a pic of this notice na nasa locker.

sososyalin pa naman ang place. minus sosy points talaga! after we gave our tips, larga na ulet. pero posing muna near/above the fish pen.

then off we went to search for cafe breton along the streets of malate (i used to frequent the branch at nakpil when i was younger, pero nung oras na yun, di ko matandaan kung anong street nga ba sya located). nung hindi namin makita, i asked one of the manongs along the street, sabi matagal na raw nagsara. so nag-rob’s place na lang kami. we were busy deciding on where we were going to eat. laking tuwa namin when we saw a cafe breton there. yey! pasok agad kami and when i sat, di na ko tumingin sa menu. i always order the same thing at breton. one extra mild chili vesuve please! (it used to be without tomatoes, when i order it, but i’m slowly learning how to eat vegetables, although technically, sige, hindi sya gulay, kaya no more without-without eklat) importante talaga yung “extra mild” kse kung hindi, naco, sobrang anghang ng vesuve. eh hindi ako mashadong mahilig sa maanghang e. sa kagutuman ko, i totally forgot what my friend ordered. hehe. inulan kami nung pauwi na. pero okei lang. i had a shawl with me at pagkatapos ng lafang, uwi na kay hubby. a perfect way to end a totally relaxing day. 😉

pero shempre, this is all thanks to my kabatches: chrissy, nadj, eds, bel, ruth, bags & francis —- sooper thanks! this is one of the best gifts i got! (sinolo ko talaga ha, di mahilig si hubby eh, sorry)

Appetizer
When was the last time you had your hair cut/trimmed?
About 3 weeks ago. The good thing about the salon I go to, they have free iced tea or coffee! My hairdresser is the wife of my mom’s hairdresser. They work in the same salon but in different branches. My hairdresser’s hubby did my H&M during my wedding.

Soup
Name one thing you miss about being a child.
Carefree living! Nothing to worry about. You could do what you want and just get reprimanded when mistakes are committed.

Salad
Pick one: butter, margarine, olive oil.
I know it isn’t the healthy choice but then it’ll always be BUTTER for me. 😉

Main Course
If you could learn another language, which one would you pick, and why?
French? I think it sounds sexy. Plus I love french films, i won’t need subtitles anymore and so i could pay better attention to the movie. hehe.

Dessert
Finish this sentence: In 5 years I expect to be…
busy chasing my own toddler and still look sexy even if i have kids (Lord, please give me one!) 😉
